• We will perform another quality check before shipping to ensure everything is correct.

Return & Refund Terms

• As these are personalized custom products, returns or refunds are NOT accepted unless there is a quality issue.

• Please record an unboxing video when you receive your package, which will serve as valid proof if any issues occur.

• If there is a confirmed quality problem (such as damage, severe peeling, or obvious production error), we will provide a free replacement.
